Kick off Meeting in Czech Republic

This was the opening meeting of the project. Two participants from each partner institution took part in the meeting hosted by Eu&Pro. The project teams that were formed by each institution were introduced. Then, the time schedule, task distribution, coordination between partner institutions, monitoring and evaluation activities, and budget management details were discussed. After that, studies were carried out on the first project result, "Innovative Training Module," the activities of which started in the previous month, and information transfer was provided on the progress and data obtained up to that time. The work section have to be prepared during  phase of the module within the scope of WP1 was clarified in this meeting, and the documents to be prepared until the next transnational meeting were determined.
